Born on February 20, 1956, in Los Angeles, California, Gabriel was a beacon of love and laughter, leaving an indescribable mark on everyone fortunate enough to have crossed his path.
Gabriel was a man who wore his heart on his sleeve. He loved his family deeply, and his greatest joy came from spending time with his grandkids. The memories they created together are treasures that will be held dear in their hearts forever. Known for his great sense of humor, Gabriel had a unique talent for bringing smiles to people's faces, effortlessly lighting up any room with his infectious laughter.
A true sports enthusiast, Gabriel had a fervent passion for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Francisco 49ers. He loved to discuss games and players, and his spirited commentary made him a delightful companion for fellow sports fans. His love for sports was more than just a pastime; it served as a foundation for bonds built with friends and family alike.
Gabriel was also a proud dog owner, often lovingly referring to his companions, Rocko and Panchito, who brought additional joy into his life. His days were filled with care for his family, a reflection of his selfless nature, as he dedicated himself to providing for them and nurturing deep connections.
As we gather to honor Gabriel’s incredible life, a memorial service will be held on December 7, 2024, at Chapman Funeral Home, located at 702 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92866. The service will commence at 1:00 PM, allowing family and friends to pay their respects and celebrate the profound impact he had on all our lives. We kindly ask that you wear Dodgers gear to the service as a tribute to Gabriel’s love for the game. A luncheon will follow the memorial service.
