Konstantinos Paraskevas Poulopoulos was born on February 12, 1942, in Strefi, Messinias, Greece to Paraskevas and Katerina Poulopoulos. He was the fourth of five children (Ilias, Stavroula, Eugenia and Vasiliki). He served in the Greek Navy (some of his happiest memories) and emigrated to the United States in 1968. There he met his wife Fotini Kantzavelos and they were married on July 30, 1972. They had three children, Paris, Kathy and Jenny. They lived in Temple City, CA from 1978 to 1999, where the family then settled in Anaheim Hills, CA. He was in the restaurant business for over 45 years. He loved his family, history, music, building & fixings things, gardening, crossword puzzles and spending as much time as he could in his beloved homeland, Greece. He is survived by his wife Fotini, his children Paris (Alexia), Jenny (John), Kathy and his grandchildren Konstantinos, Gianna, Faye, Konstantine, Andreas and Julia. He will be missed and forever cherished. May his memory be eternal.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Anaheim, CA or to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Murrieta, CA.
